Telexper Incorporated, an established security surveillance manufacturer since 1992, recently announced their new series hybrid DVR, 'nHybrid'-series, to be an ideal bridge solution for analog cameras and surveillance systems migrated into the IP surveillance at ease.
The Telexper hybrid DVRs are named as 'nHybrid' series that available in 16-, 32-, and 48-channel models. There are 16 BNC sockets at the rear termination of each DVR for analog cameras up to 16 channels. Upon retirement of the existing analog cameras, the hybrid DVR can be extended up to 48 IP cameras. This helps those existing analog systems to be upgraded for IP surveillance, but also to integrate the digital IP cameras in the same system. |

One of the beneficiaries from nHybrid is educational institution that is looking for maximum security surveillance upgrade at the minimum cost. Telexper was chosen to be the surveillance solution provider for one university in Taoyuan Taiwan. Telexper strengthens the backbone of the existing system with Hybrid DVR, Network Video Recorders and Video Decoders for TV wall. The new system integrates IP cameras with the existing traditional analog cameras, records live footage and detects alarms using LAN. It also has new function such as emergency buttons and two-way audio communication. The system comprises of over 200 cameras internally and externally. Now the school’s security control room uses CMS (Central Management Software) to oversee school’s property and provide prompt assistance. |

nHybrid DVR has been pre-installed the proprietary Telexper CMS software for user-friendly in operation and system setup. It has built-in H.264 and MJPEG dual video codec in compression for the concerns of both transmission efficiency and recording assurance.
For different ethernet ambients, Telexper’s nHybrid DVRs support both static IP as well as dynamic IP. The DVRs are offered with video analytic software built-in for advanced applications without adding any costs. If required text insertion from external devices, like as POS or ATM, the nHybrid DVRs are optionally available with a 'redundant REC' function at ordering.
The nHybrid DVR will automatically detect the linked IP devices for system managements and remote monitoring. For the convenience to the shop-owners as well as security supervisors, the nHybrid DVRs allow multiple viewers at remote sites via remote software or 3G phone on the go. To fulfill different requirements of IP surveillance, with the nHybrid DVRs, Telexper also offers nVS (Network Video Servers), nMD (Network Matrix Decoders), nCAM (Network Day/Night PoE Cameras), nCS (Network Commander Station) and nHub (Gigabits PoE Hub) as options for various system project applications. |
